Due to the nature of our business and international shipping, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution in line with applicable consumer laws.

If a return is approved, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, or taxes.

Refunds are only issued where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Once we receive and assess your claim, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your refund to be reflected, depending on your bank or payment provider.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
